Wild Dust
| Set in the year 1880, the story concerns an oddly assorted group of characters trapped in a saloon the worst dust storm of the decade. A small party of saloon girls, a society matron and her young daughter, the local blacksmith, a recently blind ex-army nurse and a retired U.S. Marshal find themselves at loggerheads with one another while trying to cope with a natural disaster that could destroy them all. Feminism and machismo comically collide as the need for cooperation asserts itself. Love, self-esteem and a healthy dose of laughter are the results. |
